Liz Moore Destination Weddings is a respected industry leader offering agents a reputation that will support them with clients and resorts worldwide.
As part of the LMDW team you enjoy unique and amazing opportunities for fam trips dedicated to your growth as a destination wedding specialist.
You will receive dedicated and continuing support from owners Liz and Steve Moore who are available seven days a well for you and your clients.
Clients will be provided to you and you will be fully supported with Marketing strategies to obtain your own clients as well as higher commission levels.
As a successful LMDW Destination Wedding Specialist you will have at least 1 year of prior destination wedding group experience along with 2 or more years of regular travel agency experience. A combination of both experience and work will be evaluated.
As a successful LMDW Destination Wedding Specialist, your position will involve recommending our preferred resorts located within Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America. You’ll provide resort preferences and work within the client’s budget to secure wedding date events.
Position Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to determine wedding dates, legal requirements, travel needs, budgets and preferences.
- Advise clients regarding destinations, local cultures & customs, activities & weather.
- Sell travel, accommodations, transfers, and insurance directly and indirectly thru suppliers.
- Act as a liaison between couples and on-site Wedding Resort coordinators, ensuring the fruition of all wedding plans.
- Collect & apply all payments to satisfy fees / charges.
- Handle all travel issues, cancellations & refunds/ complaints & conflicts.
- Maintaining accurate records of all bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls & meetings.
- Attend training and webinars.
Requirements
- Solid sales and interpersonal skills

- Highly organized & detail-oriented
- Strong ability to prioritize & manage tasks
- Strong computer skills
- Working knowledge of travel trends
- Prior FAM trips attended
- Currently only open to experienced Travel Agents
