Step 1
DISCOVERY CALL & RESEARCH
After we connect on our discovery call to learn all about your vision and determine the best resort or venue options for your wedding trip we will then dive into all of the research and logistics. We will research resorts based on your questionnaire and our call and then share our customized list of resort suggestions to match your vision and budget. Once you’ve reviewed and selected your favourites, We will request rates for your preferred dates and begin the quoting process between suppliers to find you the best group offer

TRAVEL CONTRACT
Once you’ve chosen your resort, we will then work on securing your wedding at the resort and with a supplier for a group travel contract. At this stage, you will be required to submit your room block deposit to secure your group space and lock in negotiated rates and perks. Once everything is confirmed, I will formally introduce you to your dedicated on-site wedding coordinator at the resort. From there, you’ll begin working directly with the wedding team to bring your vision to life, while I continue to support you and your guests with all travel arrangements, documentation, and group logistics to ensure a smooth and seamless experience from start to finish.

Step 3
SEND INVITATIONS
As soon as your wedding website is completed with your unique booking portal then you will be all set to send out your destination wedding invitations

Step 4
CONCIERGE TRAVEL PLANNING
Our Concierge Travel Planning service is designed to provide a seamless, elevated experience from the very first step of your destination wedding journey. We take care of the details so you can focus on the excitement of your upcoming celebration.

Step 5
TRAVEL DOCS
Guidance on all required travel documents based on your destination with sharing your travel documents and tips along the journey. Clear pre-travel checklist provided for both the couple and all guests to ensure nothing is missed.
